Interview 6/16/2011
Recieved interview date for my wife last night. Document turn in on 6/15 then interview 6/16. This has been a very long and winding road for us. With God's help she will be returning with me this time.

Yes... It is a long and emotional roller coaster ride. Soon, you'll have your answer. Keep thinking positively. When she passes, you'll both experience a rush of excitement and joy. I think back on our experience and it's a wonderful memory. Keep all of us posted on how it goes. For many of us, we relive it through your experience. It's a once-on-a-lifetime experience!

Knowing where you are going, and how difficult the road has been, I know your anxiety. I remember how Yan went nuts when they said she was not granted her visa continuation in the US. All because they had made a mistake.
I remember how devastating it was for you before. All the power and positive thinking and prayers are with you guys.

what the hell is wrong with these people
Got a call from Bob this evening. They did not pass the interview. The good news is they got a blue slip. (The relationship was valid) but said they didn't provide the proof of income and tax info. Which is a crock because it would not have been sent to them from the States without it.
Bob will add more when he can.

Bob, Sorry to heard about your "complications". Hang in there. Look at the bright side. You are in Nanning with your wife. Enjoy you stay in Nanning. Hope everything clears up for quickly.

With Roger at the helm, it's just a matter of time and he'll straighten out whatever wrinkle has occurred. My wife's sister had a similar situation during her interview. She received a blue slip and Roger was her lawyer at the time. He worked his magic and within a month she had her visa. I'm sure the same is true. The fact it's a *blue* slip is good news, actually! There's hope and I'm looking forward to seeing the e-mail announcing a successful outcome.
