Gall Bladder Removal

I had mine removed 8.5 years ago, there wasn't any talk about watching diets. I eat HOT&SPICY and never have any problems. If I overdo it I do take a Zantac and all is well.

Hey, thanks for the info. I can eat anything except fat. If I watch the saturated fat I am ok. With the exception of any meat with fat on it. If I make that mistake, just shoot me.

Bison, Elk, and Ostrich are very low in fat.....or you may go veggie and eat tofu instead and never suffer.

Nice meat selections. May as well order Kobe beef for the cost. HA!

I pretty much eat a totally Chinese diet. Only occasionally will I eat American food.

I can eat all the fat I like, Chinese BBQ Pigs Head is one of my favorites. Crispy skin, meat with fat, brains and last but not least the eyeball. Get rid of the GB and "pig out".

Danming, I've eaten Ostrich and love it, never had Elk, and Bison is just awful for my taste.

I think I just found a new expression. "Holy grossed out barfamatic cow." You are a much braver man than I am...

I guess your wife has not introduced you to some of the Exotic/Strange foods of China. Here are some examples: Duck tongues, Chicken & Duck Feet, Chicken Testes, Pig intestines [large, small and rectum], Chicken intestines and a Haitian favorite-----Bull Penis, yes it's cut up and made into a stew.
Stop laughing, and try some.
It beats the Vegetarian diet.

some of it, yes, some of it know. Most of it, I know of.
The intestines are served regularly.
